We recently found out that Jonathan will be relocating to Brisbane, Australia for a promotion with Peabody Energy. We are very excited to go on this 2 year assignment. Brisbane is located on the East coast where Queensland (green) and New South Wales (blue) come together. Brisbane is in the southern-eastern most part of Queensland (Qld). Yes, the ocean is just a couple of miles away.
I kept thinking all along that my two good friends from Swansea were leaving me, but it looks as though we will all be moving within a month of each other. Amy Wagar (on right) is the first to move. They recently got out of the military, and have landed a job in San Francisco, CA. Paul, Amy, and Ava are all very excited about their move. Kelly Frey (in middle) is transfering with the military to England. Bill, Kelly, and Sawyer's girl friend Ella are escatic to be going there to live for 3 years. The three of us and our kids had many great times together; shopping, going to parks, sewing, and cooking. I will miss them dearly. At least we all left at the same time, and no one was left behind.
