Am I Tall Enough, Yet?

Sawyer has wanted to go on the 'big boy' slides at Wet N Wild for quite some time. He was so excited that he is finally tall enough for 2 of the slides. The ABSOLUTELY loved it. He even had to go down by himself, which wasn't a problem at all. It is getting cooler now (upper 70's), so my beach days are over for a while. I bet the boys will still want to get in the water from time to time though. They don't care about the temperature.

On Our Way to Monteville

We decided to go to Monteville today. It is a cute little town up on a mountain that we have been told is a great place for a day trip. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. Apparently they had land slides on the side of the mountain that blocked off the road. We turned around a found this tiny town with a great relaxing park. We ended up having a great day! Sawyer especially liked the train play equipment!

The Richards are leaving us! They are being relocated to a couple hours south of Sydney which is about a 12 hour drive from Brisbane. They will all be greatly missed by the Mitchells. We will all still keep in touch, of course!

While Laura was overseeing the movers who were packing up their house, Greyson and Adelaide came over to play. The kids all had a great time especially at the tea party. Sawyer and Greyson both love tea...probably because their moms love it, too!

Daisy had her very own cake. She didn't quite know what to do at first, but it didn't take long for her to figure it out.

The next day I took pictures of the kids playing with Daisy's kitchen we got her for her birthday. Sawyer needed a chef's hat and this is what he picked.
