Condamine River Gorge 4x4 Track

We had our first day trip with the Heitzmans. We all enjoy 4x4ing, so why not go get a little muddy? Jennifer, Cory, and their 3 kids went with us. The scenery was gorgeous even though it was mostly overcast and rainy.

Yep, you read the sign correctly. We crossed the Condamine River 14 times.

Here we go!

That is our Rav 4 with water up to the doors. It was so much fun. The kiddos laughed the entire time. Sawyer loved all the mud we drove through, too.

We had Jen and Cory to go first so they could pull us out if we got stuck. Their truck is much bigger than our Rav! We never got stuck...not even close.

Australia Wallabies vs South Africa Springboks - Rugby/Footy

We were given tickets to watch the Wallabies play tonight with some coworkers, so we got a babysitter and enjoyed our evening. A dinner was included with the tickets...it was fantastic! We don't drink, but the dinner was in the Keg Room. The walls were entirely lined with keg containers...which looked neat. The meal was very nice, too!

Montville

On the way to Montville we saw the beautiful Glass House Mountains.

We also drove a small 4x4 track...

...and we saw some roos of course.
