Happy 4th of July...even though it is the 3rd in Australia!  We Americans can't give up any of our traditional holidays just because we live is AUS.  So, a few of us gals got together and organized a 4th bash.  We celebrated at the top of the cliffs overlooking the city!  We had a great time!

 Of course it is not a party with out good grilled grub!

 Yep, I made this cake.  As many of you know I am not a baker by any stretch of the imagination, but I really enjoyed making this one!  I call it the "6 hour cake".  Hopefully I can get quicker at it!  Notice the stars are on the outside.
